Great service and professionalism. I decided to go with Napoles Rain Gutters after seeing Miguel and his crew's work at a neighbors house a couple of doors down. Super happy with their work helping make my home more beautiful and adding to its value.

Miguel installed gutters in my home back on October 20, 2025. Everything looked OK, paid him, and I gave him 5 starts as requested. The day after, I hear a strong shaking sound coming from the gutters, turns out, the top part of the gutter's downspout was installed incorrectly, and the wind was causing it to shake against the wall. I called Miguel right away and he said he would come fix it. He never did. I called him multiple times and messaged him since October, and he would say "I will be there such day, at such hour" but would not show up, not even give me a call. I would have to call him again and he would give me another appointment after giving excuses such as "both trucks broke down" which is fine, but he would miss that appointment again, and the next, and the next... It is now January 20, 2026; he left me on read and doesn't answer the phone.. so I am editing my five star review to one star. I will of course report him and his company to the State Licensing Board, Consumer Protection Agency and our State Attorney General's office here in Florida.
