New South Roofing

Just want to give a shout out to Jackson Dodd and New South Roofing for replacing a roof on our home. Jackson understood what we have been through and stepped up to the plate and completed a beautiful roof that should withstand the storm! Jackson, Trey and Lorenzo did an awesome job and we were probably more difficult than the average customer because of the ordeal we went through on the prior roof! Job well done New South Roofing. Thank you ❤️

Nice people and great pricing for a great roof!

Contacted New South Roofing to obtain a quote for removal and installation of new shingles on my house. Was told Jackson would contact me to setup a date and time for the quote. Jackson called and left a message a day later. I called back and left a message and never heard from him again. Two days later I called his office and spoke with him. He said he call me the next morning after a meeting to arrange a time to be out that day. He called left a message at 12 pm. I called back and left message. Then I called his office and was told he was in a meeting but they would have him call me as soon as he got out of the meeting. Never heard from him. I also requested a quote online and provided my email, no response. This is no way to run a company and I assure you, they are not the only roofing company in the game! What ever happened to customer service? I would not recommend these people, at least if you want something done! Response to review, most folks do not answer calls from numbers they don't know. Perhaps, if Jackson was going to be calling from a Florida area code when the office is in a Georgia area code, you should let people know what number he will be calling from! There is nothing but truth in my review, and as a Christian, I am very offended that you would imply otherwise. Nun the less, I'm done waisting time with a company that does not provide great customer service!
