Matt from Orca came out to our house a few times to make sure the root problem was fixed. We had the first restoration company we call basically tell us we had to rip out the whole house because there were high levels of mold and some water staining on our floors. Matt advised to take our time and find out what was really going on. We ended up identifying a much less invasive plan after discovering the upstairs was due to mold infested air handler and downstairs was from a leaky window and electrical box faulty install. After that, we were really put at ease and were so glad we got another opinion. If you want an honest company, this is certainly one of them.
