Hurricane Ian took the roof off my home and dumped about 2 feet of rainwater inside. The entire house had to be gutted down to the studs and remediated for mold. Panhandle Restoration of Sarasota is hands down the best company that I have dealt with throughout this entire rebuild process. Their crews were so friendly, caring, hard working, and meticulous with the remediation and cleaning that it blew me away. One of the workers told me “we are going to do our best job on your house to make it brand new again” and they did. They were up in my attic scrubbing and treating all of the boards by hand and the house passed mold tests with flying colors after failing just two weeks prior. Someone commented about how my house even smelled like fresh lumber after their work. They were very fair with the price for the amount of demo and cleaning they did and I would highly recommend to anyone needing mold or water remediation. Look at the pictures of the studs and trusses. The pics speak for themselves. We are almost back in our home now, and I am confident it is even better than ever! Thank you Panhandle for giving us peace of mind and reversing the damage from Ian.

Needed someone to investigate an issue in our home and Zach Easton was not only up for the challenge but also well-prepared with a vast amount of knowledge and equipment to do the job. He went above and beyond and even pointed out some things about our newly built home that required builder attention. We appreciate Zach’s thoroughness!

Amazingly fast response to check our place following storm surge from Hurricane Helene. The workers were very well trained to check both inside our condo and in our crawl space underneath, as well as to plan for any mitigation that would be needed. We had our report the same day!
