Paul Davis restored our kitchen after the first contractor we hired fell short. In comparison, they are timely, incredibly professional, and very good at communicating with the customer. Paul Davis replaced our cabinets, countertops, and sinks. They finished the restoration with fresh paint and back splash. We highly recommend their work. It’s been a breath of new life for our home.

They knew exactly which equipment was needed, how many units, and how long the process would take. They also gave me practical advice: since this was a rental and time was important—and because I was paying out of pocket—it could be more efficient to replace all the subflooring with new, dry materials rather than trying to salvage parts of the old one. Their transparency, expertise, and genuine customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We chose Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida to be general contractor for our master bedroom and bath remodel project. Our experience with Paul Davis was exceptional from start to finish. The entire project was well coordinated by our project manager, George Zeagler, with excellent availability of field estimator, Randall Minor, and Melba in the office to assist with any questions. The subs chosen by Paul Davis were excellent and easy to work with to include Rueben Villareal (carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring), Peyton Plumbing, and Beaches Electric. UPDATE!! Insurance claim? Do not hire Paul Davis if you plan to alter your home in any way!! Project managers have ZERO interest in doing any kind of leg work. Was like pulling teeth trying to get estimates for the upgrades ($30k+) we were going to pay them directly to do. 3 weeks never received an estimate or had PM onsite, just (ridiculous) numbers over the phone. They came to finally see the job the day before flooring removal & called us hours later (an hour after hotel check in) and said they would not be starting... clearly because they had no concept of the work ahead. Once it was uncovered they had no clue what they were doing, and had no intention of putting any effort into the change orders, our project was "not a good fit" and they pulled out. 12 weeks without use of our home, confined to the master bedroom and doing dishes in the bathroom sink, 32 nights (so far) in a hotel, multiple days off work to facilitate their schedule, and we are on day one all over again! The reason we gave 2 stars instead of 1... We are happy we chose to work with Paul Davis Restoration for our water damage and mold remediation!! Scott, Phil, Brian, Luis and Harrison did exactly what they set out to do, exactly when they said they would. Communication was clear, they answered every call/text/question we had in a timely manor. The workers and project managers were always clean, dressed nicely in company gear, and in PD vehicles.
