My name is Eric Sapronetti...our home had been devastated during Hurricane Michael last year. We were afraid it would be a total loss. However our Insurance company recommended we use Paul Davis Restoration. They came alongside of us and were able to make the needed repairs. We are just now moving back and it feels like a brand new home!

I was gone for two nights, my first trip in several years, and returned home to find that my washing machine was leaking. It took 48 hours to get an appliance repair person to my home, all the while the washer continued to leak. (The plumbers responded immediately but determined that the leak was from water stored inside the machine.) The machine was eventually fixed and I credit Paul Davis Restoration with saving my bamboo floors. Their response to my call was swift and professional. I spoke with the owner, then an assessor, then the equipment set-up crew and three days later the gentleman who removed the equipment. Everything was transparent, equipment was state of the art, everyone was efficient and extremely professional. No visible damage, no wood rot, no mold or mildew, no nightmares. Thank you!
