Mark and Tina did a thorough job inspecting our (purchased) home inside and out. The home was 5 years old and so thankfully there were no major issues discovered. Use of a drone to inspect the roof tiles was effective finding a few loose tiles to be fixed. No indication of water or mold in the attic. They were prompt (same day) with their inspection reports with pictures and helpful answering my questions.
