Dealt with Precision Gutters on a complex custom project, fixing an issue caused by a bad contractor. They worked tirelessly with me and went over every detail to help me come up with the best solution. The first home repair team in a long time that did what they promised and on time. I would recommend Hank’s. We had a whole house gutter and downspout replacement after the March hail storm in 2023.

Bad Company to work with, I have been waiting on a quote since September 16, 2025 and still have not received a response. I have called and emailed Marc numerous times with no response. At this point I am not sure how to get a quote from this company. Also they performed work on another job and would not come back out to make an adjustment to the pre-existing work. This is really not a great company to work with, before you get involved make sure to evaluate all options and realize if they do work for you, they will not come back out to make any adjustments even if you will pay.

I contacted 4 different gutter companies outside the Tampa area for quotes to install gutters on my entire property. Marc Marchand was the point of contact for my quote inquiry. He declined to provide us a quote completely, stating they would not be competitive in pricing due to travel distance. I am located in Wimauma. The other 3 companies I contacted were even further in distance or about the same and Precision Gutters was the only company to decline even providing a quote. It was baffling that they assumed they wouldn't be competitive considering I quoted only companies that were not immediately local to me. He declined the business without even knowing who their competitors might be. This is definitely not a company I would do business with or recommend anyone do business with due to their assumptive practices and lack of desire to service willing paying customers. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
