We recently had our roof replaced by Priceless Improvements and had an unbelievably seamless experience all the way with them! From initiating the claim process with the insurance to selecting the roofing material they were very helpful and responsive. The install was quicker then we anticipated with protection all the way around the house, followed by a really well cleanup at the end! We couldn’t ask for a better experience and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing needs!

We just had our roof replaced and new gutters put on by Priceless. Our estimator Steve Johnston worked with us to submit the claim with our insurance company and dealt with all of the issues that went along with that on our behalf. He kept in regular contact with us and was always quick to respond if we reached out. We were in Ohio while our roof project was going on and Steve made sure things were well managed here. The gutter crew came in and did a great job, they made sure the work site was nicely cleaned up when they were finished. When I reached out with a question they were quick to respond and very helpful. Lindsey in the office was awesome to work with as well and very pleasant and knowledgeable. My husband and I highly recommend this business and greatly appreciate all of the exceptional work.

Working with Priceless Home Improvements was a breeze, they're very professional, straight forward and transparent. Any updates or changes made were quickly communicated to me and I was never in the dark through the whole process. And the whole process was made easy thanks to John Mena who worked with me from the beginning, by going over the damage to my roof, communicating and working the insurance company to get my new roof approved. And providing me with all the necessary documentation that my HOA needed to get my new roof application approved. Hi Shawn and Chris , Just to let you know that you have an amazing worker (Hector Alanis) He was very professional, polite, and kind. Hector did an amazing work by inspecting the wind damage on my roof. Not only he inspect the one section of the damage, he went above and beyond and inspect the entire roof for any other damages. After the inspection process he started the repairs immediately. Hector takes his job very seriously and with pride. Keep up the good work Hector.

We recently had our roof replaced due to hail and wind damage. They were extremely professional with the process all the way down to working directly with our insurance company to get everything covered. Work was done within two days of being started. After the work was completed they came out and inspected the work and repaired any damages that were caused during the work. We had two sections of gutter replaced and an electrical outlet replaced. Overall we are very satisfied with the work and the experience of working with their team. We would highly recommend Priceless Home Improvements!
