Thanks to David, Tina and Shaun in the office multiple times have they been able to help me out getting material on my job with last minute delivery and helping me save a slot and much more always great attitudes and effort I couldn't ask for a better team to work with!

This is the only place to go if your looking to purchase anything in the roofing and/or weatherproofing arena. They carry so many items. The people working there are why I'm writing this review. I've been working with Anthony and Kacee for a couple of years now. Super friendly and they will go out of there way to educate you and make your transactions go smooth. I've been in business over 30 years and have been buying supplies there for at least 15 years. I felt compelled to write this review because of how overly friendly the entire staff is.

Do not go here! I had 14 bundles of dimensional shingles to bring back and I'm handicapped with a bad back. The person in the warehouse refused to unload my shingles even after telling him my injuries I unloaded them myself and hurt my back again and had to have back surgery. They knew I was handicap. One time one of my deliveries their delivery driver shut the rig down got nasty made a big scene in front of someone's front yard and threaten me because metal was bent and I didn't want it. This place is a real monkey outfit stay away from them if you're any professional contractor and don't want problems. If I could give them less than one star I would because of their negligence. I have up to 2 years to sue them and have not decided yet what I want to do, they are that bad stay away

Have to say the absolute worst experience I have had with any supplier. The original product was delivered to us months ago. Now we were one of the first condos to be doing a project like this. So once the product came in it was not the correct split. This was not noticed until the other units started getting their products installed. There was also an issue of the first round of product not being ordered properly from their location as it was two inches too short. So we waited for two more months. The new product comes in and it is still wrong. The splits are still incorrect and there is no responsibility whatsoever from Mike making sure the product is ordered correctly. Also to make it even worse the entirety of product for the new is still not uniform. Things are not being run properly at this location. I am going to have to go to their manufacturer to hopefully get this resolved. The amount of lost business and time for not only me but the customer is even more important. This has caused them to have a loss of use of space in their condo for months and the fix for this again will cause loss of use for two more months. Can you imagine that a job that should have take a week is now going to have taken over 4 months because this location cannot order there materials properly. Absolutely at wits end with how poorly this company runs their business. I will have to find another distributor for this area.
