A friend recommended Rain Shield and I couldn't be more pleased. Mario came out to look and measure the house. I received an estimate and diagram within a day. The office staff called for a follow-up and an install date was set. The office staff are professional, accommodating and the process was quick. The installers called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were aware I had inquired about the downspout locations from the diagram. He walked me around the house and showed me the downspout locations. He explained the locations based on the roof slope. He also recommended the downspout direction at the bottom for the flow of water. He also took into consideration the downspout locations for safety. The installers were professional and thorough. I highly recommend Rain Shield. The are professional, listen to the customer, accommodating and pay attention to detail.

I had them quote me 4 years ago and I saved that email! I liked them so much 4 years ago that I saved the email and reached out to them again 3 weeks ago. The second person came to quote my house and was equally as nice and responsive. This time, I accepted their quote (less than $20 from the first quote 4 years ago - LOVE that!!!) and they booked time with me quickly. The team came and did the job well, picked up anything that was dropped, and even added a small extension to move the water from my place. I don't think that was in the quote and so it was appreciated. Great work, great people, and a great price!

Worked with Mario and his crew before. They are superb humans. Good to work with and the aesthetic result is mint. But I'm sharing some photos of the ladders they use, you may ask why. Because they did a better job protecting my metal roof than the roofers who installed it. Please note the special appendages for the ladders to make sure they don't scratch the roof and to add stability to the slope. True professionals.
