Entirely sufficient room for the price we paid. Priced out of Miami that weekend, due to an event that reduced availability and pushed up prices (it was a last minute stay) so headed back to Naples. Good location, exterior was fine, buildings are aging but the grounds were well kept and the landscaping around the pool was maintained. Room was comfortable, didn't expect luxury for the price we paid. Agoda indicated our upgraded room would have free snacks though they weren't there, it was a small premium, but perhaps they need to coordinate with the property to ensure their listings are accurate. AC and WiFi worked fine and the room was very clean upon arrival. There was an option to tip the cleaner electronically, but no one had written their name on the card, so we had to tip the entire crew generically. Host at check in was very nice, polite and quick. Toilet flapper had to be manually closed every time used, though I let management know about this. Only issue we encountered. It was quiet all night. Satisfied for a cheap hotel for a single night.

We stayed for three nights and there was no cleaning service or change of linens. The staff is very friendly. The location is good. Even though it’s supposed to be smoke-free, there are people smoking everywhere, and there’s disturbing noise from other guests (playing music, singing, and smoking) in the parking lot, making it hard to rest. Noise from outside can be heard quite a lot. There are no kitchen utensils despite having a microwave and a fridge. It works for a short stay in Naples (2–3 nights). Edit: We had a small problem with the deposit but it arrived correctly. Thanks.

The location is good and it's just okay for the money room is clean, beds are good, TV is too small, bathroom could use a little updating. The pool is nice and the hot tub is nice so that's a plus. My TV wasn't working and maintenance did not speak a lick of English. Two nights for 125 a night not too bad for the area. I would rate it a 7.8

This hotel was nothing like what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. The property looked very run-down and nothing like the pictures online. After checking in and receiving our room key, we walked toward our room. As soon as we got out of the car, there was an older man outside with no shoes on, staring at my girlfriend and me in a very unsettling way. We ignored it and continued to our room, but on the way we passed a neighboring room that looked completely trashed, as if someone had been living there for months. At that point, we already felt unsafe. When we entered our room, it was the final straw. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos we booked from. We had paid nearly $200 for this stay, and it was clearly not what was advertised. We immediately went back to the front desk to request a refund. The front desk employee told us it would be no problem and said he understood our concerns, but that his manager was not on-site and wouldn’t be back for two days. Since we did not stay at all (we literally walked in and walked right back out), we contacted Hotels.com to process the refund. Unfortunately, the manager later told Hotels.com that none of this happened and refused to issue a refund for a stay we never even used. This was extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially since we informed the front desk immediately and were initially told a refund would not be an issue. I am beyond disappointed — not only with the condition and safety of this hotel, but with the dishonesty afterward. I would not recommend staying here, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Mold everywhere with stained floors & carpets, cabinets, dishes that were there hadn’t been cleaned, and I speculate the filter was bad, because the A/C in the first room we were in was ghastly damp feeling. The carpet looked like it had vomit stains all over it. The 3rd room we finally were offered was a touch better, but still had an infestation of mold in the A/C vents and for this place to be in Naples (a very wealthy city) it was as bad a hotel as in the ghettos of Chattanooga. We left a day early, because I got sick and the kids kept coughing. They refused to refund the day, spite the repeated addresses of problems and trouble we were facing. They also had the breaker kick multiple times in the last room we got. I wasn’t sure if they were messing with us, or what it was. I can get over things like that, but the mold was my biggest issue. Don’t play, guys. Never again. Think twice.
