Restoration Maintenance

I recently discovered mold in my house and contacted restoration maintenance. These guys were great. Friendly, Professional and most of Knowledgeable about my situation. They immediately got to work and discovered the source of the mold which was not something obvious to me . They cleaned up the mold quickly and my house was back as if nothing even happened. They checked back with me a few days later by coming to my house and did another inspection to insure I was good and my house was was not showing any signs of mold. They spent extra time with me to discuss things I could to to prevent mold from coming back. I am glad I call and got an estimate up front. I would definitely call them again and have no problem giving them a 5 star review.

The Restoration Maintenance team did extremely well by our family in helping us get what for us was a very difficult problem solved and they made it painless the entire way through. They helped us easily understand the scope, they were quick to work, worked cleanly, all of their team members were so helpful and polite, and they were very accommodating to our needs when we ran into unexpected scheduling circumstances on our end. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of mold remediation and or restoration services. They will serve you well and you’ll be glad you called them.

When we had a roof leak, restoration maintenance were quick to assess, mitigate, and repair the damage, whether through their own expertise or recommendations to other professionals/specialists. They were flexible throughout our prolonged battle with insurance and more patient than we probably deserved. Can’t recommend them enough!

Restoration Maintenance was timely and very professional in resolving our issues. They did excellent workmanship and always had a clean work site. Entire crew was a pleasure to deal with.

My family had a flood after a pipe burst in our bathroom, which first seemed like the worst thing that could happen... until we saw all the mold... honestly we were lost; had no idea what to do & we were terrified... Not only did all of our concerns get addressed but they went above & beyond to make us feel better... & THEN they did fabulous work, life saving work removing all of the mold & restoring our home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
