My wife and I have been living in our home for over twenty-one years and like most homeowners, we've had our share of good and bad businesses that we've had to deal with. We hired Ricky's team to remove the old and install new seamless gutters on our home. First and foremost, Ricky immediately returned our phone call. He was pleasant and quickly created an estimate, which was incredibly reasonable, and then scheduled our install within a very short time frame. The professionalism of his team was like no other. Shane was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable about his job. He used a level to make sure the gutters would drain correctly around the house. *This had not been done on the last go around of gutters by another company and in turn they drained incorrectly.* The work was seamless, no pun intended, by highly skilled, competent and experienced technicians. We had some gutter work done by Ricky's last year. They were supposed to come out to caulk the other gutters. They never showed up, and never called to explain why. This year, we tried to have them replace the rest of the gutters, and made an appointment. They didn't show, again. If you can't be bothered to do a small job, just SAY SO!
