Roof Nation did a fantastic job of installing a new TPO roof back in 2023. I had poor experiences with many other roofing companies, and they were by far the best. The owners, Scott and Michelle, were amazing! The guys who installed my roof even trimmed my tree to prevent any clogs in my gutters. So nice! I can't recommend them enough.

We contracted with Roof Nation, Inc. to replace our residential roof. We were very pleased with the entire process working with Roof Nation. They are very customer satisfaction focused and delivered a quality product on time for a fair price. No games, no pressure, and no problems. They also completed a painting project for us and, despite it not being a core service, nailed that as well. You are in great hands with Roof Nation!

I just wanted to say thank you to Scott and his team for all the help they provided. An unusual situation occurred when we went to put a new metal roof on our house and we were very confused and certainly lacked the knowledge to make a proper decision about what material to use and why. Scott called me back within minutes of leaving a message and was happy to educate us. It turned out that we were just in a panic because of other things we'd heard and the original company was using the correct materials for a residential property. I truly wish I had found Roof Nation when we first started looking for estimates... I'm certain that we would have chosen to use them. Thanks again Scott, you deserve these great reviews 👍

I want to heartily recommend Roof Nation to anyone in need of a commercial roofing contractor. I am the Head of School at a private school. Roof Nation's team was safe, protective, quick, and thorough. Most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. My HOA hired this company to redo the roofs in our community in 2019. Final inspection was completed in August of 2019. Fast forward to now, May 2023 and my roof that is not even 4 years old is leaking in multiple spots and concaving in due to improper installation that allowed water to get under the shingles, through the plywood, and into my attic. Mind you, roofs are supposed to last 20-30 years and their work didn't even last 4 years. I've emailed and called + left voicemails consistently over the course of the last month. To date, NONE of my emails have been responded to and less than 5 of my calls have been taken, and none of my voicemails have been returned. I've attempted to contact the owner Scott, as well as his wife Michelle via email and phone to no avail. They sent roofers out yesterday to "replace a few sheets of plywood" on my roof, but the roofers who came out determined that the entire roof was installed incorrectly and would need to be replaced completely. Scott, the owner told me that I was "the worst customer he's ever dealt with" along with a slew of other insults as if his roofers didn't install a roof completely incorrectly and cause hefty damage to my roof, attic, and inside of my home. The fascia and soffit along the entire back side of my home is completely water damaged, many of the beams in my attic are water damaged and mold infested, and all of the dry wall in my entire attic is water damaged as well.
