Service Works Commercial Roofing

Our association needed to replace a main building roof that had exceeded its lifespan. We contracted with ServiceWorks for replacement of our Fibertite membrane. The company was responsive to our needs. When supply chain issues arose, ServiceWorks was creative and adaptable in locating components and in finding workarounds. The company was also flexible. The roofer’s schedule was adjusted to accommodate significant unplanned work to mechanical components of our air conditioning system. Supervisors and workers were all respectful. The primary supervisor on our job communicated effectively, using frequent emails with photos. When questions arose, there was generally a rapid response. ServiceWorks provided very good value for our association’s money. Extra expenses (change orders) were modest and mostly involved securing hard-to-find materials or meeting our special requests. Our project was completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. I have no hesitation in recommending ServiceWorks to anyone considering a major roofing project.
