This house was a wreck. This company came in @ 11:00 and are done with the floors 3:30. A total of 7 rooms including 2 baths. They use prochem products and heated water process to clean the laminate floors in my friends house. Reilly is very professional and courteous, he is concerned about the end product and took me around post cleaning.

Professional and personal combination sets them apart. Jerry, Amie and Ricky took care of us. They respected our home, not a house that needed repairs. We are grateful to them. Shout out to Amie and Ricky for going above and beyond. Anthony and Carol

ServiceMaster Restoration of First Coast did an absolutely amazing job for my family in a very difficult situation. We live out-of-state, so we had to place a lot of trust in their team, and they handled everything with compassion, timeliness, and excellent communication. They kept in touch every step of the way and set up video chats so we could see exactly what was being done - most especially the night and day difference from the beginning of the process to the end. Best of all, they stuck exactly to the estimate they gave before the project started, even though it became an increasingly complicated job. We could not recommend them more highly!

The cleaning itself was of poor quality, but the customer service of the owner, was awful. I have never been met with such confrontation as a client of any company prior to this. The cleaning industry is a competitive one. There are numerous other companies that provide exceptional service for the cost. Save yourself the headache by choosing one of them. The photographs below show the FINISHED result of our home following ServiceMaster’s work- a total of a $560. My husband actually had to go behind them and wipe walls and baseboards before our painters they could paint certain areas. Hiring ServiceMaster was regrettable at best.
