Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Servpro of Brickell is seriously the best! Had a water damage emergency in my kitchen, and Ozzie promised someone would be there within the hour. He wasn’t kidding. Super fast, super professional, and really easy to work with. 10/10 across the board, can’t recommend them enough.

I had the best experience with Servpro; they not only proved to be responsible and did a good job but also were incredibly patient and dedicated to customer service. I can say they were available during and after working hours, offering personalized attention and being positive about feedback and details if something was not entirely to my satisfaction. They took care until the last moment to keep us informed and attended to all questions and services. SERVOPRO of the Florida Keys has been incredible to work with. The office staff along with the project managers and owner have been extremely responsive and are able to relay information back to us quickly. On a recent visit to our property we were able to review some of the work being done and it is of the highest craftsmanship. We would highly recommend using SERVPRO in your time of need.

If you decide to hire Servpro, make sure you review estimates in detail and over communicate with the management office, to avoid surprises when the work is finished. Quality is just ok, not a lot of attention to details.
