My experience with Servpro East Naples was exceptionally good. Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job from the first minute till the very end. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this office.

In particular, the team leader, Josh S. was super responsive in getting things done efficiently and also in communicating with me about everything that was required to be done to avoid and future issues with mold, etc. I highly recommend ServePro of East Naples.

Had a water heater flood recently in a 1100sq ft condo. 2 supervisor , 1 manager.type. 1 that spoke English, & a young lady who did next to nothing. They used electronic devise to detect wet walls & floors. Floors covered with waterproof vinyl plank! I do not know why they tore out waterproof flooring. ?? The dehumidifiers used to dry out walls would also dry up flooring??!! The bill was $7,000 !!?? I feel RIPPED OFF by this company. DO NOT USE THEM IS MY RECOMMENDATION. 👍👍
