Everyone on the “demolition” team was very polite and courteous. In fact they were quite pleasant. Several different team members came to preform different tasks that needed to be done. We had water in at least 5 rooms of our house. They answered, to their best ability, any and all questions I had. They took care in trying not to damage anything that needed to be moved or removed. I want to recognize the following people for a job well done. Chris, Levi, Christopher, Cole, Cassie, and Brittany.

My issues were many and not straight-forward. Brittany and Chris did a very thorough assessment and sorted through every issue meticulously. Chris took extra care in my home to keep demo to a minimum and kept the environment clean. He was respectful of my personal items and kept everything well-covered. Great job!!! Very much appreciated especially during a stressful time.

Gil and Martin were excellent at diagnosing the extent of my problem and setting me up for drying out my walls and ceiling. Having caught the leak early from the condo above, it took only 2 days to dry out. These men were courteous and helped me move back the heavier furnishings for a fully restored living/dining area! Two great employees who were friendly and professional during the entire process!!!

Chris from Serv pro came today Sunday 4/6/25 to check on our flood situation. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable on the situation, answered every question without hesitation. Chris showed sincere concern for our situation. Friday 4/4/25 was the first day that Serv Pro came in to do water mitigation. From the very first minute, the technicians came in until Chris’s reinspection was exceptional service all the way around. Once the recon starts from Servpro, I hope it goes as smooth as the water mitigation service. Will recommend Servpro to anybody who asks for a recommendation of who to use. Thank you very much.👍👍👍👍👍

Mark and Cole came out to our barbershop for a bio hazard situation. They came out for an emergency situation. They both were very professional and got the shop done in a timely manner. Thank you guys again for a great job.
