Shoreline honored their No Leak Warranty. I called Shoreline on Saturday to report a leak caused by a tropical storm. Shoreline said they would send someone right out. We thought it was strange for a metal roof to leak. But the warranty was good for 5 years. This morning, a young man came out to inspect and repair the roof. It appears there was leaking around my chimney, to which the roofer caulked the apparent leaking area. Only time will tell if the leak is truly fixed, but I’m very appreciative Shoreline honored their warranty and came to my house the next business day.

Tim and his crew were awesome! Out of about 8 quotes, his was the most competitive. They definitely weren't expecting 4 layers of shingles (neither were we) but he honored the quote and took care of the whole job in 2 days. From start to clean-up, they were professional, fast, and high quality. Thanks for the great job - would definitely recommend to people looking for a new roof.

Had a roof redone in September of 2023. Then they had to come out in October to repair a leak. My roof is still leaking and now is getting worse leaving cracks around the windows and on my walls. I have already had the window company come out to verify that it was not leaking from there. I have sent multiple text messages with photos showing the leak and left several voicemails asking to have this resolved under the 5 year warranty I was given. All communication has been ignored by the company. Upon looking I see that the company's accreditation with the BBB was revoked on 01/24 and when looking up their LLC information the LLC was dissolved in 09/24 making it seem as if the company no longer exists. I have made another phone call today and will try again this afternoon but if this does not get resolved I will have to take further steps to rectify this situation.

Had a new roof done in October of 2022. Discovered a leak recently in my lanai. Thought it was that roof but to my dismay it was the main roof, which all the wood is rotted. Called them numerous times, texted them to no avail. No living person answers the phone. I am frustrated and to say the least, very disappointed in this company, so beware people, get someone else who actually cares about their customers and their 10 year warranty..

Unfortunately my roof developed a leak 6 months after this company replaced it. Not a small leak, we are talking puddle forming in my garage every time it rained. I called shoreline to report this and they sent someone out to put some sealant in to try to fix it. It didn't work so I had them come back out and give it another shot. This time they sent the person who replaced my roof so I thought we were in good shape to get it fixed this time. Next time it rained there was a puddle in the same spot. The leak remained. I called several times after this and either left a message or was told they would send someone out. After a few weeks of them blowing me off they stopped answering my calls. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company that stands by their work I would look elsewhere. I now have to contract a different roofing company to fix the roof Shoreline replaced 9 months ago.
