We hired Southern Certified after gathering multiple estimates to replace the tile roof on our home. Of the 6 estimates we received, it was one of the two that was not generated from the press hard, tear and here you go usuals. It was formally typed up to the specifications needed for my home and community. The estimator made sure to inform us about insurance discounts and product upgrades which we did decide to utilize. The project was completed within the timeline as explained - even with the current tile shortage that the industry is experiencing due to the recent storm season. We can't thank Duane and his crew enough for a job well done. If you're looking for peace of mind, look no further. You will definitely be in good hands!

Professional company from start to finish. Solid contract covering all details, available by phone, email and on site project manager. Roof completed quickly, within 2 weeks inclusive of inspections. Very competitive price. I highly recommend the company and project manager Johna especially.

My association in Oakland Park contracted this company to do some repair work to roofs over several units as well as in our club house. Within weeks of the work being completed - the repairs failed. Despite paying an additional cost for a warranty the company failed to respond to call, emails, and texts. Buyer beware. This company does not stand for its own work.
