They are the best!!! Very professional, communicative, and skilled. Completely transformed our home. Seth and his team were amazing and did all the demolition and siding, and John and his team did an amazing job painting. They were here early and stayed late, and constantly communicated with us, as did the office staff. We had an awful and costly experience with the prior contractor that replaced our roof and repaired the hurricane damage. Our experience with Spartan was AMAZING! Great company and people!

The construction and painting crews from Spartan Exteriors renovated our tired house into a sharp new home. Seth led the demolition and construction crew. He explained the work process and communicated the project progress to us. His crew worked diligently to remove existing materials, repair any structural damage and replace it with Hardie siding. Jonathan and his paint crew finished off the project. First, they sealed and caulked the siding; then, they finished the project by painting the house. Seth and Jonathan were polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Both crews were professional, hardworking and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

I want to start by saying that my husband and I bought our 1938 Old Town home 10 years ago. For the past 5+ years, we’ve been slowly scraping lead-based paint off the exterior in an effort to restore its still-beautiful original siding. But with full-time jobs and raising our daughter, time was scarce. After finally finishing just one side, we waved the white flag and admitted the job was far more than we could handle, so we called in reinforcements. After much research, we reached out to Joe and the Spartan crew, the only Hardie-certified contractor within 200 miles. Given the blood, sweat, and tears we’d already poured into this house, we wanted the best, and we found it. Joe came out in April to give us an estimate and patiently answered our endless list of questions. We signed the SOW in May, and by June the Spartan team was on-site. In a whirlwind 3-4 weeks, they completed a full exterior siding replacement, rebuilt our porch and rooftop deck, replaced the laundry room subfloor, installed a new sliding door, and even swapped out a bathroom window. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the crew, each one of them lovely. Despite the chaos outside (and occasionally inside), they were as considerate as possible to us while we worked from home. Even Bentley, our famously antisocial dog, adored them. He was genuinely sad when they finished and still misses his new friends. No project of this size is without hiccups, but what matters is how those hiccups are handled, and Spartan stood by us and their word every step of the way, making sure everything was made right when an issue or misunderstanding did arise. Would we do it all over again? Absolutely - 100%, as long as Spartan Exteriors was our partner. We still have some projects to finish but we’re grateful to the entire Spartan team for getting us 95% of the way there.

This company is amazing - Paul and his team rebuilt our front porch and stairs with quality materials and workmanship. They were here everyday until the job was completed. The stairs were complicated to replicate but the team was able to do it with excellent carpentery skills. I would highly recommend Spartan if you wank quality work by exceptional team members.

I had Spartan Exteriors put Hardie Board siding on my house and replace a few of my windows. Prior to accepting this job, I got various quotes. Of all the quotes I received, they were the most reasonable and professional. They also were willing to do half my house, whereas other companies were not willing to do a partial siding replacement. The work done is extremely high quality and no detail was over looked. They even installed several flashings that were missing on my house, ensuring water stays outside of my house and siding. They also painted my siding and did a very thorough job. Again, no details were overlooked. Overall, their workers and team leads (namely Seth, Nicolas, and John) were very professional, respectful, and transparent. Couldn’t recommend enough!
