After Milton destroyed my carport and gutters around the house, I called this company to get a quote. Jeff came out for an inspection and quoted me an estimate that was $3,000 less than others I had called. Some builders I called didn’t even do manufactured houses. First of all, Jeff is a joy to work with. He’s so friendly and down to earth. More importantly, the work Suncoast did to build my carport and replace the gutters is fantastic. Strong materials and very nice looking. The crew was efficient, skilled, and really nice to talk to. And they worked 2 days in that terrible heat wave. I found an ad for them in my mail and really lucky they sent it. People in the complex were not recommending companies who repaired their roofs, carports and such. If you need work done on your roof or construction of carports, this is the company to call. 5*/5* absolutely.

Jeff will keep you entertained and make you feel like your two friends having iced tea while your roof is being worked on. His team is quick and detailed. They don’t skip any shingles (dad jokes) My roof was damaged by Hurricane Milton and Jeff’s team showed up and got right to work after he showed me that he was the better quote out of his competitors.

Suncoast builders did an amazing job replacing my roof. They were on time, courteous, and diligent workers. This family owned business went above and beyond my expectations while giving me a very fair price. My insulated roof has cooled down my home several degrees. I'm very thrilled and thankful that Suncoast repaired my hurricane torn up roof. Highly recommended!
