We have had a great experience with Renee working on our home. We had extensive remodeling done. The work was always done on time and always cleaned up never a mess left. We would definitely recommend him and would use him for future projects.

Had an excellent experience with this company. They started my re roof right away and were there every day until it was finished. The work was very good and my metal roof is beautiful! Also used them to fix the drywall in my ceiling from the massive leak I had. It was 20 feet off the floor in my living room. They protected everything inside and erected a scaffold to get to the ceiling. They did a great job on the repair and painting it. This company does much more than roofing and does it very well.

Sunshine roofing replaced my Flat Roof because it was leaking. The roofing workers were very friendly and processional. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my property. Rene James, my contact with Sunshine, was responsive to my requests and questions. Their pricing was competitive. I haven’t seen any leaks so far. Thank you Sunshine Roofing. This review is long overdue. There isn't single nice word to say about Sunshine Roofing. The owner (Rene) doesn't stand by their work (or so-called warranty) and the owner is insanely forgetful and combative in all instances. If you need a new roof, I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere as the roof is shotty at best. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere if you need a roof. P.S. I don't need a reply
