Chris is the #1 inspector in town. He's helped me identify issues in homes and educated me thoroughly in the things he spots. First off, Chris was recommend through a family friend. He drove all the way to Lanark Village for a 4 point inspection on our place. He was incredibly kind and explained everything to me in a simplified, easy to follow verison. If you are looking for a friendly, down to Earth profession, it's him. He's the best!
