Joe SERPA, Project Manager, was outstanding. He was always available and answered all our questions and made this ordeal so much easier on us. Hector and Teddy rebuilt our kitchen and installed our tile floor, backsplash and painted damaged rooms. They treated our home like it was theirs. CJ and Devon redid our island plumbing and we never had any concerns. Charles, Fabian and Leo did an absolutely fantastic job. They were very professional, quick and thorough. They were a great group to have building and installing your cabinets. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Thank you fellas, we really appreciate your help to put our kitchen back together. We could not have asked for a better group of people to get us through this difficult period.

The Ture Builders team did an amazing job making sure they could help me with my plumbing and water issues. Even going as far as, making sure I was able to have running water for the weekend without even knowing if they would be contracted to do the work. Out of the kindness of his heart Mr Alex went above and beyond to help me once he heard what my family and I had been through, without even been asked. Redd and C.J. Servicemen were EXCELLENT! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and customer service oriented. They explained the problem I was having, fixed it, and offered solutions. The quality of the service was OUTSTANDING and so was the price of the service! If I could put zero stars, that is what I would give. Tru Builders and Tru Roofing gave the same amount of care to our project/home. Did not know you could spend so much money on a NEW leaky, metal roof. No apologies, just excuses for leaks where we had NO leaks before. Still unsure if NEW roof is done properly. ....3 months later... K Gaudet Photo of new metal roof. Does not look professional. Our repairs were scheduled for today and as you stated, if the review was not removed, your team would not come to fix the repairs. Your team advised the repairs were canceled by you. It is unfortunate that you will not fulfill the paid for and promised repairs due to my review.
