It was as smooth as it could be. The crew on time and very polite. Everyone was knowledgeable and performed very professionally. No loud music! They did a good job protecting the surrounding areas including the well pump. Mr. Robert Gilmore did our permits and was diligent in obtaining our historic district approval in a very fast manner. The roof was inspected and approved without any hiccups.

We had a new roof installed about two years ago, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience — from cost and craftsmanship to timeline and overall quality. The install process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and the finished roof still looks fantastic. What really sets this company apart, though, is the service after the install. Since then, we’ve needed roofing support twice — once to repair a soffit after a hurricane and most recently to patch a section of the roof after a pipe was removed. Both follow-on experiences were just as positive as the initial installation. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the work was done quickly and correctly. In particular, the owner Robin and sales rep Eddie have consistently provided an exceptional customer experience. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about doing things right.
