United Water Restoration Group has really impressed me! When my bathroom faucet leaked, we contacted their company and to our surprise CJ arrived in less than 35 minutes! My wife and I could not believe the rapid response time especially at night! CJ has been very professional and informative and gave us updates as he did all the tests he conducted. Days later I received a visit from Daniel and I was just as impressed with his expertise and answered any questions or concerns I had. Today I met Katy and she was also very professional, informative, friendly and refreshing to speak with. In a day when great customer service is hard to find, your company has been stellar all the way! You have a great team! Keep up the great work and amazing service. Forget about five stars! They deserve ten! I highly recommend them! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Katy and her team were at my home within about half an hour and began their amazing process right away even long after the sun had set. Katy is brilliant in her intellect and her lovely personality! She is so focused and efficient! I feel she is worthy of more than 5 stars! Thank you, Katy! You are amazing!

They came out with six vans at 11pm and worked on the initial water mitigation and worked until 3 am! The team came into my apartment with four people immediately clearing excess water and started setting up dehumidifiers and fans. Katy came back on multiple days removing base boards and adjusting fans and dehumidifiers and rechecking water levels! Excellent service!
