I can’t say anything but Great about this company! They were called on the job by Best Home Services after they assessed the situation. This was water damage. Within 20 minutes of the call Sean Tucker was present. Sean was very professional! He tested all the walls for moisture as well as assessed what needed to be done. Gave a quote and preceded with the needed work. The worked was completed with fans and humidifiers placed. This is a horrifying situation to be in. Water damage creates order and mold. I the next day I had neither. Sean Tucker knew exactly what he was doing. This made my experience much easier to get through. I would recommend this company “Highly “. Ask for Sean Tucker!

Insurance company sent them out for water mitigation. From the start Travis was extremely professional, fully explained the process. Additional assistance from Mark Burger will definitely get us through this process. Burger has a handful of recommendations for everything and anything. He’s a wealth of information. UNITED water restorationI personally as a customer would not recommend this company to no one. All they do is Harass, harass, harass they don’t care about anyone all they care about is their money. They are already advised that it is an Insurance claim. They don’t follow the rules and regulations their accounting representative. PAYPAL is very rude and disrespectful. They were harass you they were threaten to put Lean against your home. Their invoices are very incorrect. They were add things on there that they didn’t even do Or conduct inside your home be very careful of this company my home had mold they continued to say that it was no mold in my home. When I had a mold inspector to come out, they evaluated the home. It had more mold than anything. They wanted to say that it was dirt. They don’t even know mold from dirt is very sad when a company don’t know the difference between dirt and mold. They are very useless. They will do anything to come into your home. Tell you everything that they’re going to do and when it’s final set and done everything that they recommended or they said that they were gonna do never got done but when you receive your invoice bill, it is ridiculous I recommend if you chose to have this company to come out to your home you make sure you have a second opinion cause this company is a rip off. There’s items on my invoice that they still haven’t cleared up yet that they said they did inside the home that they never done, but they charging me for it not even that they put the lien against my home and it wasn’t even a month later because they know they had to wait for the insurance company scammer I still had 75% of moist in my home and they still remove their equipment from out of the home which caused More mode buildup they didn’t care at all. All they want was money.
