Working with Richard Reid and his team was such a pleasure. They truly went above and beyond to get the repair work done on a condo I sold. They expedited the work so we could close on time while making sure their efforts were done perfectly. 10/10 recommend!!! See before and after photos.

These folks are amazing. They’re in a field where they could take advantage of people and they do the exact opposite. They do an incredible job at a very fair price. I couldn’t say enough good things about them and about the way they left the place after fixing extensive flood damage.

Richard and his team were awesome and very professional to deal with. Very detail oriented and on the spot with All problems and fixed everything in a matter of days. Stayed in communication with us every step of the way went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

5 stars! Called Travis right after a pipe broke in my mother’s attic. The team was there in full force in less than 1 hour. The crew was friendly, respectful and they hustled! Richard, Caleb and Joe among others arrived with a smile and got to work! The mess was cleaned up, and dryers on in no time. Time is of the essence when ceilings are falling down and the furniture is soaked, I felt so much better leaving my mother to a situation that was contained and cleaned. I highly recommend these folks and I’m so thankful for this well organized, professional and polite team! PSA: know where your water cut off valves are.

The owner Dale saved me after my AC unit malfunctioned and leaked through my first floor ceiling causing my entire first floor to need new dry wall and repainted. He educated me through the entire process of navigating my insurance company to the grade finish on my ceiling and how to redo it properly. My insurance company was trying every way possible to cut corners and Dale and his team stuck with me to make sure I didn’t get cheated out of $$$ that I paid for in these situations. He always responded promptly and even coordinated his team to complete the work while I was out of town so it didn’t impact my day to day living with 2 kids. I can’t sing their praises enough. I’m so thankful for Dale and his amazing team at Universal Restoration!
