NINA has a great friendly professional team at VODA that can be trusted. They were timely, responsive & meticulous in the Mitigation Service that they did here in Sarasota. John & Bradley were meticulous in ensuring that the work was of high quality. Keilani, Brenton & Nick were excellent as well in their periodic measurements of the progress. Would highly recommend Nina/Voda for Mitigation Cleaning Services in Sarasota. Right at the beginning, I was amazed by NINA responding within an hour on a Friday to set up the Dehumidifier/Fan even when I said it is ok to start on Monday! Nick from Voda did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and area rug. He was so nice on the phone, nicer in person! Looked over things carefully and gave me the quote professionally. I was truly shocked at how clean my velvet sofa was, looking almost new again! The rug is one of my most treasured items and he deep cleaned it and everything was dry in a few hours. I cannot praise Voda and Nick enough. Really a quality guy with the tools to really clean your house. I will certainly have them back to steam clean other furniture and I highly recommend them to anyone!
