I had A1 Roofing come out to inspect the roof on a commercial warehouse, and I have to say, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lucas was the inspector, and he was not only incredibly professional and courteous, but also clearly knows his stuff. He showed up on time, walked me through everything he was seeing, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He took pride in his work and made sure the inspection was thorough, not rushed. Highly recommend A-1 Property Services. The owner Mr. Madruga was very prompt to address any questions I had during the project. I did a whole roof installation as it was timely over due. The office manager Heidi would reply to all emails and phone calls in a timely fashion and was very responsive as well. They kept their promise as to time the job would be completed as permits were pulled and inspections were requested promptly. Good weather was in our favor as well so our roof was done extremely fast. I give them 2 thumbs up.
