We had an old copper pipe leak from the foundation. Tim was our technician who came in and thoroughly checked all around the wood floors, walls cabinets for moisture. He removed rugs and appliances and installed fans and dehumidifiers. He also removed baseboards and toe kicks to help airflow. Very professional and kind. No damage to report from the leak thanks to Tim’s quick assessments and direction. Would highly recommend.

hello everyone im Danny Maxwell the GM at Choo Choo Lawn Equipment. I never exspected to need a water damage company, but when my water line broke under my sink and flooded half my house i Called Advantaged and whith in 45 minutes of my call i not only had a team at my house getting all the water out and setting up there equipment to dry everything out. We also had Jason Jones the owener on site working with his team to get things back to normal. Advantage Restoration did a great job in our last renovation, it was done within budget and the work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quality contractor to get their work done. I have attached a picture of the master bathroom, where the garden tub was removed a window closed and the shower redone and a set of shelving was added for our towels.
