I’ve used this team twice now, and I won’t ever go anywhere else. After shopping around, their quote was significantly cheaper than everyone else, but the quality of work was actually much higher. Pros: - Paperwork is pretty organized (though scheduling and communication are not). - Roofers seemed competent. - Good price. Cons: - Poor communication: They showed up on property unannounced. We were waiting on them to tell us a start date, per our email exchange. One morning a roofer just showed up. We didn't get a chance to move vehicles or protect the items in the room underneath the repair area. When I contacted the owner, Joe, about this on the way to work--what a hectic morning this caused--he didn't apologize. He took absolutely zero accountability. - The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and dismissive. He will talk down to you if you are a woman, as if you can't possibly understand the technical basics, and try to shut down your questions. - You have to go to their office to sign paperwork in an age where digital signatures are recognized by law.
