My house was impacted due to the 2022 Hail Storm. I had already finalized a vendor who the neighbors were using. I was referred to Bravo through a friend. Bravo (the owner) came to my house for inspection, spent a good amount of time explaining the roof damage, the insurance process, the class 4 options, the brands and manufacturers. He was a "total / general contractor" on my work. They as a team worked very professionally, extremely responsive by email, phone and text. they counselled me every step. They took me to a distributor's show-room who had both big manufacturers samples, gave me a reference of a recent installation. On the day of the installation, i had a very large crew that showed up very early in the morning. they planned in such a way, they will finish it same day. they covered my pool, plants and i have an extensive landscape. the crew was very professional, all uniformed (company t.shirts) and were very fast. they coordinated my garage door damage, gutter replacements, fence staining, door repairs, window fence repairs, etc., Overall a very very good experience. They were calm, answered every question, i asked very professionally. As a first time dealing with roof replacement, these guys were above and beyond professional. Thank you Bravo.. appreciate the patience, counselling and a good working experience. (i am taking this time to write this feedback, as small businesses, we need to express appreciation, where it deserves..)

Had a surprising leak, and these folks were at my place within the hour to tackle the issue. Efficient, friendly, and left no mess behind. The roof looks seamless and sturdy once again.
