Chip, Johnathan and Barissa were fantastic! In a world where you don't know who to trust, these folks all came through. Central Homes did everything they promised and more. The new roof looks great. Fast and very professional. Would recommend 100%.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Central Homes Roofing & Solar for installation of a new roof. From start to finish initial contact Kevin was very nice and was able to explain step by step the entire process for the installation. I was scheduled for the installation and delivery of materials within just a few days. The workers arrived very early and finished the job as scheduled. Most importantly, the rates were unmatched compared to previous estimates. I love the new roof and highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for doing such a Beautiful job!

After I had several very bad experiences with other roofing companies, Central homes Roofing really took care of me and my roofing issues. Between the customer service, professionalism, integrity, and pricing this experience was very refreshing. Payton was a huge help with answering all of my questions and assuring me that they take a lot of pride that their work will be done properly and professionally. They even provided detailed progress pictures for me to verify that everything was completed to my standards.

Hired for a new roof on a new construction in law suite, the most simple roof line you have ever seen, but the shingle/underlayment peel and stick installation is clearly defective. The roof is wavy and shingles are popping out. When a crew came to inspect, their solution was to try and use a propane torch on the new shingles, which we had to stop as it voids the manufacture warranty. Their next idea was to "wait a week to see if it fixes itself." This is completely unprofessional. We are now in a formal dispute and have had to issue a stop work order. We will update this review if and when Central Homes provides a professional and correct resolution.
