First of all, I went through multiple companies. Many companies were so far out due to demand. I went ahead and reached out to Xavier Gonzalez of diamond quality roofing. This had to be the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with roofs and I’ve owned two houses. Xavier was punctual professional, and willing to answer all questions that I had. And the few that I had about materials and other issues were answered so quickly. Xavier will go extra mile to Ensure that his customers are taking care of like family. The project dates were done in time. And they were no issues whatsoever like I’ve dealt with in the past with other companies.My roof is absolutely flawless, and I feel so protected with this company. Unreliable. (Had an appointment at his office, previously cancelled my plans the night before, Dago decided not to show up. Excuse was he was with another client.) That didn’t sit well with me so I called him on one of my project to give me an estimate as of I was a new client. Showed up late no decals on Id in the “company truck” Went up on the roof with tape measure ! Didn’t get back to me with a quote and stopped responding overall! Rude and unprofessional ! Will never recommend this fellow and his company to anyone.
