Dynasty Building Solutions was great! They came out promptly to examine our 14 yr old roof and gave us several options to choose from. We ended up going with a full replacement roof and couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Ty Jones kept us in the fold every step of the way and made sure things were done correctly and on time. Highly recommend Dynasty for any of your roofing needs!

I had a great experience with Dynasty Building solutions. This group was awesome from the point of working with salesman and the office staff and The installers worked very hard and got our roof done in one day! In addition, they help us out with an additional discount. I would highly recommend Dynasty building solutions to anyone. They’re very professional company.

I ended up going with Dynasty building solutions. I think they sub-contracted the work. I hired a 3rd party to do a roof inspection once it was completed. Apparently the shingles package comes with some damaged shingles and they were not supposed to use those damaged ones. But the roofing guys did not remove those damaged ones and ended up installing many damaged shingles on my roof (pics attached) I contacted Dynasty and they sent a post production guy to remove those damaged shingles (over 25 damaged ones), but basically I now have a new roof with over 25 patches! Post production guy who works for Dynasty said they should replace the entire shingles...but he said company of course won't do that. It might be a good idea to hire a 3rd party to inspect the work once its completed. Dynasty's staff are great, quick response. in my case I think the subcontractors did a poor job.

Please do not use this company! My husband and I signed a contract with dynasty for a new roof and siding job. The project took over a year to complete with lack of communication and material issues. Due to this fact, the company had to pull another permit to perform the work on the job which held up the process even longer. Dynasty was not aware of this and sent a crew out to work on the house and they were unable to complete the work and had to reattach the old siding. Also, dynasty dropped off the materials and they set in our front yard for over 3 months before the work started. I reached out to dynasty multiple times using email and phone. Unfortunately, my point of contact for each project left the company within a few months of us working together. In addition, the crew would be scheduled to come and work and they would not show up. I would not suggest spending your hard earn money with this company. Once our project came to a close, we tried to work with the company for a discount. Due to all the issues that we received during the process. The only way the company was willing to discount our job is if we waived our warranty. Update: We actually didn't receive a discount on our roof job. I would be more then happy to provide the receipt. Please rereview the file and you will see we never stated we were happy with the process at any point.

When Dynasty approached me about getting a new roof and insurance will pay for it I was all for it. Really, insurance wouldn't renew my policy, was about to drop me because my roof is 22yo. Dynasty seemed like life savers. Insurance will put a new roof on for free. And they did, within a month I had a new roof, almost perfect quality and made it an insurance claim even though it was a 22 yo roof. Then my insurance dropped me, then the news is covering how Florida has 87% of nationwide roof claims. So I have a new roof but, at what cost? Yes I got a new roof even though it wasn't caused by storm damage but at what cost? My insurance is now triple and insurance companies are leaving Florida. This is an insurance scam. Yes you'll get a free new roof but, at what cost... at what cost...?
