I finally have a chance to write a review for this amazing company, and I can confidently say that if you hire Matt Korr, you've hired the best in the business! Matt thoroughly inspects every nook and cranny, utilizing top-of-the-line equipment. I had never seen anything like it before, and I was truly impressed. Thanks to Matt and his friend Shawn, who is also an excellent mold assessor, they were able to identify the source of the toxic mold in my apartment, which had been affecting my family's health for months. Meeting Matt was a true blessing; he genuinely cares about helping his clients. His reports are comprehensive and intensely detailed, showcasing his professionalism from the inspection through to the final report. The price I paid was well worth it! I am still navigating the challenging process of holding my landlord accountable, but I’m grateful to have Matt’s report to support my case.
