This was truly such a pleasant experience. This is the first contractor we’ve have a great experience with since purchasing a home. The ricks roofing team (Efram, Tony, & Jennifer) made everything so seamless. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and were always transparent. Even with Florida weather delays, they stayed the course to ensure our roof was secure. The three of them were extremely personable and always worked within the hours we requested. This team went above and beyond to make sure the final product looked amazing. Even with the additional contractors for the tar lay down, they kept the work area clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in quality work by quality people. The pricing was also extremely fair. We were recommended this company by a friend and we’re so glad we went with Ricks roofing

I had a 4-point inspection for insurance renewal and there were a couple chipped tiles and one broken tile reported that needed to be repaired. I got a ridiculous quote from a local vendor in the thousands without even coming to the house so I panicked and asked my neighbor for a reference. He had nothing but good things to say about Ricks Roofing so I gave them a call. Efram was the nicest guy! He came out the same day I called him and went up on the roof. Not only did he find the tiles with issues from inspection but he also found several that were problematic and would eventually cause me issues. For a very reasonable price, we were able to schedule the repair the next day!! During the repair, Efram sent photos along the way, as he replaced tiles and during the repair process as well. At the end of the process they sent me a report and when I sent everything to my insurance the final photos didn't seem to capture everything necessary. I called Efram and explained and he came back in the evening and re-took all of the appropriate photos for me to submit for insurance. Extremely grateful for the hard work and fantastic customer service! Thank Rick's Roofing and thank you Efram for a fantastic job! I will absolutely be referring you to everyone I know! Thanks again

It was wonderful dealing with a true family owned company that stands by their word. I was at the height of the market with hurricane roof issues and Chris and his wife Liz treated me as family. Made me feel at ease and called or emailed me to update me on how things were coming along. They have wonderful staff and their work ethics are impeccable. I would and have given their number out as much as possible. You all are the BEST!!
