RTI Roofing

This was my second roof inspection following the pressure cleaning… this company replaced my roof a few years back and every time I clean the roof they get my call for inspection aimed at looking for broken tiles. If any are broken they replace and bill for the inspection, replacement and written report including photos. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE NEW ROOF AND THEIR FOLLOW UP ONCE I’VE CALLED FOR INSPECTION.

RTI roofing from the initial estimate meeting with Andres to the entire process was very professional. All details and time frames were clear and met. Rafael was my contact person and was always available to answer all my questions. The email communication with Maria and Jenny was wonderful. I highly recommend this business. All permits and inspections were done without a issue. Also I have to say I got 5 quotes and they beat out all of them. Not only in price but the customer service was fantastic.
