Marcos was able to get out to the apartment I was in contract to buy in less than 24 hours. I had his report within a couple of hours after his review and the air quality test results in less than 48 hours. This was all very important, as I only had a 10 day period to do the inspection and determine if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. He was professional and very thorough. The report showed photos and gave details down to the estimate of how much things may cost to fix. It was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing the apartment! Chris torres was extremely professional. Gave a detailed description of every aspect of the inspection. Did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Knowledgable pointing out things that I did not see in the house.

Had requested for full Mold inspection and for insurance inspection (4 point and wind). Was impressed with service and prompted timing from Mitchell. The bad was that the mold machine broke down but was able to have someone come and provide the testing. They even removed part of the charge due to this issue which was also amazing. The pricing was also great and very affordable. Would use them again for any future needs.
