I did extensive research, at least seven other roofing companies in and around Miami, and I can confidently say I couldn’t have chosen a better company than Three Brothers. One of the first things I look for in any company is communication. The initial phone call with an actual employee tells you a lot about the type of business you’re dealing with and the level of service you can expect. Out of the eight companies I contacted for quotes, only three even came out to do a physical assessment. A few gave me high estimates without asking basic information about my property, and the rest never bothered to call back. Walter, however, was responsive from the start. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even called ahead to confirm he was on the way. What really set Three Brothers apart was their ability to handle all aspects of the job. Other companies would have required hiring additional contractors, which would have meant more people on the job site and significantly higher costs. Walter gave me a fair price from the beginning and was transparent about the scope of work and the realistic timeline. He also assisted with the permitting process, making corrections as needed, and clearly knew the current jurisdiction codes and requirements. Once my HOA approved the project, Walter let me know he could begin immediately, and his team was at my property right away. All the positive reviews I’d read proved to be true. From the start, I could tell Walter was honest and trustworthy, but he truly proved it once the work began. As with any home project, you don’t fully know what’s underneath the surface. When the team removed the soffits, some concerning issues were revealed and frustrating, especially since I had recently replaced the roof and none of this was mentioned by the previous company. I asked Walter countless questions about the condition of the roof and trusses. He answered every single one with patience, walked me through the issues, and brainstormed solutions with me. We made a few necessary modifications to reinforce deteriorating wood, and I was more than willing to pay for the changes because honesty and integrity mean everything to me. In every way, Three Brothers exceeded my expectations. After the work was completed, Walter delivered the closed permit and did a full walkthrough to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I’m certain that if I had chosen another company, I would have been disappointed. In short, Three Brothers checked every box I was looking for and went above and beyond. I will gladly recommend them to others and would absolutely use them again—though with the quality of work they provided, I doubt I’ll need to call for many years. Thank you, Walter and your team!

Best most reliable and honest roofers i have ever worked with! Walter is very professional and trusteworthy! We had a very stubborn and hard to find leak on the roof of my building; thankfully Walter and his team where able to locate and get it fixed!

After looking for 2 weeks for someone to repair a few broken tiles in my roof and no one wanted to do such a small job (even was hung up on from one company). Walter was super nice came out the next day and did an amazing job right away. He even did an overall quick inspection of my roof. I will definitely use them again especially if I have a bigger job. For the past 20 years, I have been a customer of Three Brothers Roofing. First with Walter Sr. who in my opinion was the most honest and sincere person I have ever met. And now Walter Jr. his son who is a copy of his father. Honest hard working and disciplined to the end. My wife and I own three houses and we feel safe knowing that we can get honest work done in south Florida.
