Ultra Beauty Inc. SkyFlex Skylights & Solar Fans

(I reviewed this previously, but did not give the best reasons for my rating.) I saw one I my nephew's home and found it to be very interesting. After I returned home I realized it may be a solution to the dark areas of my home. I contacted the Manager (Andrew) at the business, and was invited to visit their showroom. There I was shown the product line and the relative efficiency and price and warranty of each type of solar skylight. I selected the one I liked (without any influence), and scheduled the installation for a windowless kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The installer was prompt, did the work quickly and professionally, being careful to protect my furnishings from any debris by covering everything, then offering to run my vacuum if I found any debris ! After seeing the results I found I wanted another room done, and that was scheduled and done to my complete satisfaction ! (I was given the same quantity discount as I would have received if I had had it done the first time, as appreciation for my business.) My neighbors (who live in the same model of home) were amazed at the difference it made in the previously dark areas in my home. (I still find I reach for a light switch as I leave one of the now-bright rooms !) I am SO happy with the results, and I HIGHLY recommend this company and the product !

We recently put our home on the market and needed to replace a skylight in our laundry room. Andrew was extremely professional and within minutes had us scheduled for the replacement. They had product in stock and ready to install. The technician that came to our home was friendly, and able to problem solve quickly. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving. Now the room is so bright we don't need to use the light. Great company, excellent service and friendly employees!! They also took the time to check in after to make sure we are happy. We are!!

I decided to add skylight in our home and was provided a preview by Chris, I was very pleased with his skylights. I visited the show room and was presented with the different designs and given in-depth comparison on the features and benefits of each. I must say i am extremely happy with the entire process, from visiting the showroom/ office to final installation. I had two Skylights installed and i am happy i made the decision to purchase them from Ultra Beauty Inc. If you are looking to add more natural lighting to a specific area in your home, i would strongly recommend contacting Ultra beauty Inc or stopping by their show room, you will be delighted. lastly the design, Quality and performance is impressive. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience getting our sky tubes installed! Andrew was very helpful & knowledgeable, he took ample time in answering any questions we had. He also worked closely with our roofing company, which made the whole process go smoothly & took the stress off of us. The gentleman that came on the day of installation was very courteous, cleaned up after himself, & made me feel at ease. Getting sky tubes really helped us achieve the lighting goals that we had for our home. Our master bathroom & foyer hallway were exceptionally dark, & now the light floods in- we absolutely love them! This local, family owned business is a true gem, & we would recommend them time & time again!

From Andrew in the sales office to the superb installation from Rick, this company gave us excellent service from our original contact to the finished work. We are so glad we didn’t settle for canned lighting and installed the sun tunnels. It gives our home so much natural energy and we couldn’t be happier.
