American Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. did an excellent job on our roof. They were Professional, easy to communicate with, and delivered exactly what was promised, using GAF quality materials and skilled workmanship. Our sales executive went above and beyond. We sustained some minor damages during hurricane Milton, but after repairing the items that the insurance adjustor pointed out in his report, our insurance company complained that we were required to replace the entire roof. They didn't offer enough to do that, and trying to negotiate with them was like arguing with a tree. These guys offered to step up and deal directly with the insurance company until everything was ironed out. They changed my attic vents out to a ridge system that helps my hvac work more efficiently. Their crew works very hard, and left the jobsite immaculately clean. We were very pleased with our new roof. I can't say enough about these guys. I've worked in construction for 40+ years, this is what professionalism should look like.

American Roofing replaced a roof on a bank we manage. They did a great job and worked within our time line. They were also very careful, working while the bank was opened for business.
