We had a claim with an awful restoration company that thankfully hired Protex (that was the only good thing that company did!) to correct another roofer's work after a leak and I can't believe how far out of the way Chet, Frank and their team, went to make sure the job got done right. They are friendly, communicate well and exceeded all of our expectations. They truly care about the quality of their work and hold themselves accountable which seems to be a rarity in their industry. They are truly a breath of fresh air!

He literally showed me every different product since they work with all the manufacturers and he let me pick what my family and I needed. Also anytime I had a question and called their office, and Liz would answer immediately and explain anything I needed. I love that they communicate and walk you thru the process. So quick and easy. They got me qualified for a program that gave me the low payments we needed. I love this company!
